By accessing or using the Kanchi Radian IAS Academy website and platform (kanchiradianiasacademy.in), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users of the platform including students, visitors, and any other persons who access or use our services.

Student login credentials (username and password) are created exclusively by the academy administration. Students are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Students must not share their login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through a student's account will be considered the responsibility of that student.

Kanchi Radian IAS Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be shared, misused, or involved in fraudulent activity without prior notice.

All study materials, PDF documents, video recordings, live class content, current affairs materials, and any other content provided through this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Kanchi Radian IAS Academy.

Students are permitted to access materials solely for their personal educational use. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, sale, or sharing of any content — in any format — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Materials accessed via the platform are licensed to the student for the duration of their active subscription or enrollment. Upon expiry, access to premium content will be revoked.

Payments for online batch enrollment and current affairs subscriptions are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Kanchi Radian IAS Academy does not store any card or banking details.

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly) are non-transferable and are linked to the individual student account. They cannot be shared or transferred to another user.

Payment confirmation will be sent by email/SMS where contact details are available.

Live classes are conducted through Jitsi Meet integration on our platform. Students must maintain respectful conduct during live sessions at all times.

Recording, screen-capturing, or broadcasting of live class sessions by students is strictly prohibited.

Kanchi Radian IAS Academy reserves the right to remove any student from a live session for misconduct without refund.

Scheduled live class timings may change due to faculty availability, public holidays, or technical issues. Students will be notified in advance wherever possible.

Submission of an enrollment inquiry form does not guarantee admission. Admissions are subject to seat availability and confirmation by the academy.

The academy reserves the right to decline enrollment at its sole discretion.

Students must provide accurate and truthful information during enrollment. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation of enrollment without refund.

Students are expected to maintain academic integrity and ethical behavior at all times while using the platform.

Any form of harassment, abuse, or disrespectful conduct toward faculty, staff, or other students will result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

The platform must not be used for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage the reputation or operations of Kanchi Radian IAS Academy.

Kanchi Radian IAS Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to exam results, career outcomes, or technical interruptions.

The academy does not guarantee any specific exam outcome or rank based on enrollment in any course or batch.

Kanchi Radian IAS Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu.
